Is the Christina O Yacht For Sale?

Is the Christina O Yacht For Sale?

Is the Christina O, one of the world's most famous yachts, for sale? An Irish newspaper reports that the current owner, Pino Harris has put the yacht up for sale for €60 million. The 324-foot yacht, which was our top choice for a summer charter, costs upwards of $455,000 per week to hire. Last summer, P. Diddy rented the yacht and was photographed on it for OK Magazine. Harris and Ivor Fitzpatrick paid €3 million for the yacht in 2000 and spent €50 million fixing her up. We haven't been able to get any confirmation of this anywhere else but it will be interesting to see if anyone snaps this beauty up at the exorbitant asking price.

Ability Yacht for Charter

Ability Yacht for Charter

The Italian yacht builder CRN, has been building yachts since 1963. Their most recent launch, Ability, continues a long history of excellence and ingenuity. Launched earlier this year, Ability is a 177 ft motoryacht capable of coddling 12 guests in lavish surroundings. A key feature of the vessel is the experience of the outer decks. Around every corner is a chance to take in the sea air or sit and contemplate the ocean. The master suite features a private deck for ocean views. The upper decks have couches and spa tubs in which to relax and watch the world go by. And if the weather isn't cooperating, a baby grand piano or the seaview gymnasium can keep you occupied. Available for charter from Nigel Burgess.

Philip Green's Lionheart Yacht

Philip Green's Lionheart Yacht
A little treat for the yachtspotters. The yacht shown here is the Lionheart. It's the new toy for Philip Green, the free-spending British retail king. Lionheart is 206-foot Benetti and it recently showed up in Monaco where it was caught by the lens of the Monaco Eye, a website that has beautiful pictures of many of the world's most stunning yachts as they coast into the harbor. . The boat cost around £20 million ($37.5 million) and replaces Green's smaller Lionheart.

Sherakhan Yahct Review

SHERAKHAN is the culmination of a dream for her owner. Whether it be the Dining room for 26 with its massive 7m Atrium bathed in natural light filtered down through the glass bottomed Jacuzzi or the joy of standing in the lookout house perched above the sundeck a massive 20m above the water line. Suites range from 30-50 square metres and are impressive for their decor, style and of course sheer size. The Master has a Jacuzzi, revolving bed, private terrace, and lounge area/study. All the double beds are king size. All suites are equipped with a television, DVD, stereo, mini bar, safe, air-conditioning/ heating, a vanity table/desk, a computer point, relaxing chairs, saloon table, a very spacious walk-in closet, bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath (Jacuzzi), double basin and shower.
